TERMS OF SERVICE
BASE TERMS FOR ALL ARTWORK AND TERMS OF SERVICE RENDERED:Non-Refundable after I have started on the sketch. I have the right to deny any commission. If I am unable to complete, or unwilling to draw the commission, I will issue a full refund.Prior to starting on the commission I will contact the email provided (by you) to ask any questions I may have, or any thoughts or input you have. I will not begin working on the sketch until I receive the ok. I will keep in contact with you, the buyer, and keep you updated with the sketch. I will not start working on the finished piece until the buyer (You) and I have discussed the final sketch and in which the buyer has given me the ok.Once the commission is finished, I will only edit any small mistakes that were made. I have the right the determine if it is a mistake or not.I hold all rights to the art I create and present you with, not the buyer.Therefore I am allowed to use the artwork for:• Promoting myself on any platform, site, or social media
• Display the art anywhere I like
• Post the art wherever I wantI, the artist, will not sell the piece of art I make for you to anyone else, or make merchandise off of the piece. It is for the buyer only.The buyer (You) are NOT allowed to resell or print my work.The buyer (You) are allowed to use the artwork for personal use only. Any social media you post it, I must be tagged and/or credited as the artist of the artwork.As a standard, I will send you two versions of the finished artwork. One with my watermark/signature, and one without. If you post the artwork I draw for you anywhere, the buyer must use the artwork with the watermark.FOR EMOTE COMMISSIONS:(Please Note - Base Terms still apply to this section)I will send you two sets of emotes, one set with my watermark on each emote, and one set without my watermark. I will also send a sheet of all emotes for social media posting services (This sheet will contain my watermark.) When posting on social media, or anywhere online, buyer must post emotes or emote sheet with the watermarks. (The buyer is allowed to use the emotes without the watermark)PAYMENT:Payments accepted through PayPal only. All payments are due upfront and in full. I will begin your commission once payment is confirmed. Commissions can take up to two to three weeks to complete.Again Non-Refundable after I have started on the sketch. You have the right to receive a refund BEFORE I start the sketch.(Note - While issuing a refund, I will send the exact amount back through PayPal.
